Decide how much you need to raise the height of your counter height dining table. The typical height of a table is 30 inches (75 cm). For our example, let’s say you want to raise it to 37 inches (92.5 cm), the typical height of a bar, to match a group of high chairs or stools.
Purchase enough furniture legs pre turned into a center of home improvement to extend each leg of your table. The shops usually have variety. You also need a 1/4 inch dowel for each leg, and stain or paint to match the counter height dining table.
Place the table upside down and remove the wheels, sliders or leg protectors. The wheels may require a wrench, while slippers nylon or metal can be removed with a hammer and chisel wide wood.
